We operate a challenge 25 policy. Anyone using the webstore to order alcoholic drinks will be asked to produce ID before their drinks are served to their table. If you don’t have a valid ID that proves you’re over the age of 18, you will be refused service and no refund will be given. For your security you must enter the full address details registered with your card. Failure to do this may result in a pending payment showing in your bank account, that will disappear within 48 hours. It’s at our sole discretion to refuse service to any individual that may restrict our ability to adhere to our licensing objectives. Any ordered items that are out of sock will be substituted for a similar item. We’ll seek your agreement on what the replacement item will be, in advance of fulfilling your order.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Payment processing services are provided by Payment Sense and First Data. We do not store credit card details or share your personal details with any other third parties. Our EPOS provider (Microtill) will use your email address to send an order acknowledgment through their software. Your email address will not be used for any other purposes.


Please ensure that you enter your food and drink requirements correctly, as we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges against customer order errors. In the event of cancelled bookings for any reason, where payments have been made in advance, we will not be able to offer refunds. We will however offer an alternative date for the booking to take place, within a reasonable amount of time.
